VALTEC axial fittings are used to create one-piece connections in drinking water supply systems, heating and hot water supply systems, domestic water supply, as well as on process pipelines that transport wastewater that is not aggressive to the materials of pipes and axial fittings.

They are suitable for pipes made of cross-linked polyethylene PEX and PE of increased heat resistance PERT series S3.2 (SDR 7.4) (corresponding to GOST 32415-2013).

Main advantages of VALTEC axial fittings:

  • the diameter of the connected pipelines is not narrowed;
  • high reliability and simplicity;
  • tightness;
  • quick and easy installation;
  • pipe material is a sealant;
  • monolithic is possible;
  • the joint can be pressurized immediately after installation.

Working pressure: 16 bar.

Maximum operating temperature: +95 °С.

Average service life: 50 years.

Application purpose:

  • For the installation of pipes made of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) and PE with increased temperature resistance (PE-RT)
  • For diameters 16.0*2.2, 20.0*2.8, 25.0*3.5, 32.0*4.4

  • For cold (including drinking) and hot water supply
  • For technological pipelines transporting working media that are non-aggressive to fitting materials

Characteristics:

  • The sleeve is universal, installation is carried out both by manual and electric tools;
  • The resulting connection is non-separable and does not require maintenance;
  • The connection is hermetic due to the indentation of the pipe into the grooves of the fitting body fitting, which occurs when the sleeve is pushed onto the fitting fitting;
  • The open and hidden laying of the pipeline is possible;
  • It is possible to embed the fitting in the building structure (only if there is no transition to the thread);
  • The pipe ends are expanded before installation, so that the diameter is not tinned;
  • The body is made of hot forged brass CW617N, the sleeve VTm.400 is made of brass CW614N;
  • Thread type: female;
  • Nominal pressure: up to 16 bar;
  • Working temperature: up to +95 ºС.
