"OGNEZA-PM" fire collars are designed to protect the premises from fire and smoke during fires.

The fire collar consists of a metal case and a polymer liner.

The housing of the fire collar is made of cold-rolled or galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.5 to 2 mm. Steel is painted with weather resistant paint.
The lock is made of galvanized steel and is coated with paint in the color of the collar.
There are inward-curved teeth which hold the fire-retardant liner inside the housing as well as provide its directional expansion.
Fastening lugs easy to bend. The length of mounting lugs is 35 mm, there are models with elongated lugs (70 mm) for pipes which are mounted in metal sleeves that are used in monolithic construction.
The main working component of the fire collar is a flame retardant heat-expanding tape liner. It is made of thermally expanding material OGNEZA-TPM developed by the Ogneza company and based on rubber and graphite. The liner is plastic, odorless, neutral to water, non-toxic. It keeps properties for 30 years.
