This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure their security at INRUSSTRADE LLC (hereinafter — the Operator), and is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.

The Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors of the website https://inrusstrade.ru (hereinafter — the Site).

3. Scope of Personal Data Processed

The Operator processes the following categories of user data:

• Identification and contact data provided by the user when filling out feedback forms, placing an order or registering: surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, organisation name.
• Technical (anonymised) data automatically collected when visiting the Site: IP address (in masked form), cookie data, information about the browser and device, visit time, user activity on the Site collected via the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service.

4. Purposes of Processing

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

• providing feedback, consulting users, processing their requests and enquiries;
• conclusion and performance of contracts, order processing and delivery;
• anonymised analysis of user interactions with the Site for service improvement.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• the consent of the data subject expressed by filling out forms on the Site;
• contracts to which the data subject is a party;
• applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Actions Performed with Personal Data

The Operator performs the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalisation (including IP address masking), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

Processing is carried out by both automated and non-automated means.

7. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification and extraction of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation.

The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data.

8. Security Measures

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions, in particular:

• uses encryption when transmitting data (HTTPS);
• applies IP address masking and concealment of input field contents in web analytics services;
• restricts access to personal data by employees and contractors in accordance with their functional duties.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

The user has the right to:

• receive information about the processing of their personal data;
• require the clarification, blocking or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or excessive;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
• lodge a complaint about the Operator's actions with the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor).

10. Withdrawal of Consent and Requests Procedure

To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, as well as for other personal data-related requests, the user sends a written request to zakaz@inrusstrade.ru with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data", or to the Operator's postal address.

11. Changes to the Policy

The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is published on the Site at https://inrusstrade.ru/privacy.
