Teplofort is a brand of tubular steel radiators manufactured in Russia using modern technologies and in accordance with all quality standards.
Production
All radiators undergo several production stages:
- Stage 1. Section welding - the production process begins with welding the radiator sections: the manifold section is connected to the pipes using high-precision welding.
- Stage 2. Hydraulic testing - each section undergoes a pressure test, which detects even the smallest defects.
- Stage 3. Section joining - after hydraulic testing, the sections are welded into a single radiator structure.
- Stage 4. Radiator hydraulic testing - assembled radiators undergo repeated hydraulic testing, which tests the structure under pressure exceeding the operating pressure.
- Stage 5. Shot blasting of the surface, which is necessary to clean the surface and create a base for coating application.
- Stage 6. Priming and painting – all finished radiators undergo a two-stage process: first, the surface is primed, then powder coated. Only high-quality, completely safe materials are used.
- Stage 7. Powder coating polymerization – After painting, the radiators are placed in special ovens, where the powder coating is cured, making the coating stronger and more durable, as well as resistant to mechanical damage and fading.
- Stage 8. Packaging – all products are packaged in durable packaging material to protect them during transportation and storage in warehouses.

Teplofort heating units are designed for use in dry room heating systems in residential, public, and industrial buildings.
