Expander heads, known as Quick Change (QC), facilitate the installation process of REHAU piping systems. Surface of the expander heads is corrugated, and corrugation has longitudinal direction. Use of the expander heads allows to lessen probability of overvoltage pipe material during expansion its.
REHAU expander heads are equipped with a special colored strips. Thus, the green strip indicates that the expander heads can be used with RAUTITAN stabil pipes. The expander heads with blue strip are used with RAUTITAN flex, his or pink pipes.
