Application purpose:

Operating principle:

Under the influence of high temperature (above +200 °C), the fire-fighting mastic swells, which ensures its three-dimensional expansion. This prevents fire and smoke from entering adjacent rooms.

Recommendations for use:

• must be kept at room temperature before use;
• applied with a gun, spatula, brush, etc;
• the surface is pre-cleaned of dirt and dust, if necessary, degreased;
• the entire volume of the seams is filled with sealant. If the thickness of the overlap is more than 100 mm, the cracks and voids are first stuffed with mineral wool, after which they are filled with sealant;
• the seams are leveled with a spatula moistened with water (sealant hardening time 25 minutes);
• drying time is 24 hours with a layer of mastic 3 mm, 8 hours with a layer of 1 mm;
• the service life is at least 10 years.
