Application purpose:

Characteristics:

• It is a complex product, which consists of a metal detachable body, a special material that expands with increasing temperature, a layer of soundproof mineral wool, and a fire sealant;
• Allows you to reduce the cost of installing equipment for fire protection and sound insulation;

• Fire resistance limit: 180 minutes;

According to the current regulations, the passages of plastic pipes through the ceilings must be protected from fire, while they must comply with the requirements for sound insulation. And fire-fighting muds of Ogneza PGZ meet the established requirements.

Operating principle:

During a fire, the thermally expanding liner of the fire muff expands tenfold, resulting in the formation of a solid foam-coke foam that fills the hole in the ceiling. This is quite effective at blocking fire.
