Viking Johnson AquaFast couplings are used in the installation of polyethylene and PVC pipes. They are made of ductile cast iron.

Main advantages:

  • improved design due to which the coupling is easily installed on oval and spiral pipes;
  • updated gripping mechanism that facilitates installation;
  • sealing the connection at three points provides a reliable and maximum tight connection;
  • can be used for installation of small diameter sewer pipelines;
  • analysis during installation is not required - the coupling just needs to be moved to the necessary place, after which the bolts should be tightened;
  • suitable for repair work on existing pipelines;
  • comes with an EPDM seal sleeve that is suitable for use in drinking water pipelines;
  • corrosion resistance - the coupling body is coated with Rilsan Nylon 11, Sheraplex is coated on bolts and nuts in accordance with WIS 4-52-03, which provides long-term protection against corrosion, impact and wear;
  • the sleeve can be used to connect PE80/PE100 pipes and metric PVC pipes and is ideal for PE/PVC intermediate joints.
