Viking Johnson AquaFast connection fittings

Viking Johnson AquaFast is a unique three-contact sealing system (connection sealing is provided at three points due to the special cuff shape and fitting design), which allows connecting PVC and PE pipes. Couplings and flange adapters have an improved gripping mechanism that provides end-load acceptance and prevents pipe extension.

The fittings of the Viking Johnson AquaFast are easy to install, without the need for special tools.

• they are delivered assembled - before installation they do not need to be disassembled and you just need to install them in place;
• it is not necessary to chamfer the pipes before installation;
• mounted in any weather conditions including in water or under water;
• fittings are corrosion resistant;

The bolts of the fittings are tightened with a conventional wrench - a hard stop is provided when the required tightening torque is reached, which eliminates the need for a torque wrench.

The connection is fully compliant with the requirements of WIS 4-24-01 type 2 and ISO 14236.2.
