MAYER sanitary clamps are manufactured with modern equipment and tested at every stage of production.

Clamps with a green stripe are durable and stable in operation. They have an M8/M10 coupling nut, which is being tested for rupture on a special test machine. The nut is degreased before welding, welding to the stiffeners takes place manually.

They have a galvanic coating of 8-10 microns, providing corrosion resistance.

A rubber TEP sealer with an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +90 °C is used as a seal.

The diameters range from 1/4" to 8".
