High-load MAYER clamps

High-load MAYER clamps are designed for fastening heavy cast iron and steel pipes. They can also be used in the installation of structures operating in conditions of strong vibration, ventilation and cooling systems, as well as engineering systems that are under high pressure.

The main advantages:

  • welding of the nut is automated for a more reliable and durable connection;
  • double stiffener significantly increases the strength of the clamp;
  • thickness and width of the metal is increased in comparison with plumbing clamps;
  • presentable appearance;
  • welded joint of the central nut and the clamp can withstand a load of up to 2400 kg (metal thickness 2.5 mm).
