MAYER plumbing clamp kits are designed for installation of various systems: plumbing, heating or sewerage.

The kit includes the clamp itself with a nut and a rubber profile, as well as a stud and dowel.

The main advantages:

  • reliable fastening – a stud with a dowel provides additional stability, as well as reduces the likelihood of displacement or falling of the fixed elements;
  • versatility;
  • simple installation that does not require the use of special tools;
  • high quality – the clamps have a double stiffener and a strong welded joint. The rubber TEP seal improves fixation and minimizes vibration.

Purpose of application:

  • For installation of pipelines on a vertical or horizontal surface

Characteristics:

  • electroplating with a thickness of 8-10 microns;
  • TEP seal with rubber;
  • reduced vibration;
  • operating range from -55 °C to +90 °C;
  • there is a stiffener to strengthen the metal structure and create high-strength welded joints;
  • there is an M6 screw with a cross-shaped and straight slot, with a wide head;
  • partial compensation of thermal expansion;
  • easy installation.

Comes complete with stud and dowel.
