PAM ULTRA Link NG collars

PAM ULTRA Link NG collars are designed for joining two smooth pipe ends of water supply pipeline (including drinking water) which are made of various materials (steel, cast iron, PVC, asbestos). The collars can withstand operating pressure up to 16 bar. Diameter of the collars can be adjustable and it varies from 49 to 336 mm. Thus, the diameters cover all the external diameters of pipes.

The maximum angular deflection is 12°. And in this case distance between the smooth pipe ends must correspond to the maximum value of "j" (see. table). The angular deflection is performed only after the installation, and angular deflection can not be temporary.

The body of collar and gland are made of ductile iron. It has jointing ring which is made of EPDM. Washers are made of mild steel, rods and nuts are made of steel EN 10025 S235JRG2 or S335J2G3 mark 6/8.

The body is coated with epoxy coating Rilsan - minimum thickness is 250 microns. Also rods, nuts and washers are covered by the zinc coating.

When mounting the bolts are tightened against each other to torque of 6-7 kg/m.
