For sealing joints and crevices of surfaces constantly exposed to high temperatures
For sealing and fixing refractory bricks
Characteristics:
when heated to +250°C, it becomes superhard;
high strength;
well absorbed;
can be used with natural stone;
resistant to temperatures up to +1600°С;
resistant to open flame;
good adhesion;
sealant does not emit vapors;
does not shrink;
subsequent staining with organic-based paints is possible;
resistant to cold (capable of withstanding 3 defrost/defrost cycles);
environmentally friendly;
durable.
Installation recommendations:
the surface before application is cleaned of grease, dust, rust with a lint-free cloth. For cleaning, a solvent is used, the remains of which are then removed with a clean, dry cloth;
porous surfaces are wetted by water;
the sealant is applied with a sealant gun or a spatula;
after 24 hours (sealant hardening time), the surface should be heated to +200°C, and then calcined (temperature +200-250°C) for 30 minutes so that the sealant acquires its refractory properties;
unhardened sealant is removed with water, hardened - mechanically.
