VALTEC polypropylene pipes

VALTEC polypropylene pipes can be used for the installation of heating, plumbing and technical systems.

We have the following range of VALTEC polypropylene pipes:

  • Pipes PPR PN 20 - they are used in the installation of water supply systems with temperatures up to +70 °C. Pressure for a cold pipeline can be up to 20 bar, hot pipeline - up to 12 bar.
  • Pipes FIBER PN 20 are used in the installation of hot and cold water supply systems, as well as heating. Operating temperature up to +90 °C. Operating pressure varies depending on operating conditions: for cold water supply - 20 bar, for hot water supply - 10-13 bar, for underfloor heating - up to 10 bar, for radiator heating - up to 6 bar. The outer and inner layers of the pipe are made of polypropylene (PPR100), the middle layer is reinforced with fiberglass.
  • Pipes PP-FIBER PN 25 have almost the same characteristics as the previous type of pipes, but are able to withstand more pressure. For cold water supply systems pressure can be up to 25 bar, for hot water supply systems - 11-14 bar, for underfloor heating systems - up to 12 bar, for radiator heating - up to 9 bar. Classes of operation according to GOST 32415-2013 is 1, 2, 4, 5, XB.
  • PP-ALUX pipes correspond to the fifth class of operation according to GOST 32415-2013. They consist of three layers - the outer and inner layers are made of polypropylene (PPR100), between which is layer of aluminum foil, welded along the entire length by laser welding. The middle layer is connected to the inner and outer layers with an adhesive. The aluminum layer reduces the temperature deformation of the pipe and protects it from oxygen diffusion. The maximum permissible temperature of the working medium is up to +95 °C, at this temperature the pressure should not exceed 9 bar.
