Uponor Systems Thermally insulated pipes

Thermally insulated pipes of Uponor Systems are designed for installation of heat supply and hot water supply systems.

Pipes are made of cross-linked polyethylene PE-Xa, high-density polyethylene PE100, as well as high-temperature resistance polyethylene PE-RT. Almost all pipes have an anti-diffusion layer of EVOH.

They have a protective multilayer thermal insulation – it is elastic and resistant to aging. The thermal insulation is made of foam cross-linked polyethylene with closed pores. There is also a protective corrugated casing made of high density polyethylene. Some models are equipped with a self-regulating heating cable.

In the Twin version: the first pipe is the supply pipe in the DHW system, and the second is the recirculating one.

In the Quattro version: the first pipe is the supply of the heating system, the second is the reverse of the heating system, the third is the supply of hot water and the fourth is the recirculating one for hot water.

Maximum temperature of the transported working media is +95°C.

Pipes comply with EN 15632 and GOST R 56730-2015.
