Bends of REHAU RAUPIANO PLUS sound-absorbing system

Bends of REHAU RAUPIANO PLUS system are used for connection elements of pipeline at an angle of 15, 30, 45, 67 or 87 degrees. The bends are equipped with a seal made of styrene-butadiene rubber and it has hardness of 60 Shore A. The bends are characterized by diameter - it varies from 40 to 200 mm.

All bends, as well as other elements of RAUPIANO Plus system, are painted in white, and they can be used for installation in any room. They are made of mineral-reinforced PP.

The bends can be used for discharge of effluents with temperatures up to +90 °C. The bends are characterized by high sound insulation on account of reinforced impact area.

There are several types of RAUPIANO Plus system bends:

  • Parallel bends with two parallel outlets - they are equipped with sealing rubber for tight connection;
  • Standart bends are used for change direction of pipeline, for example, for its turn;
  • Siphon bends are mounted above siphon and they allow to connect drainы of plumbing fixtures to pipeline;
  • Bends for install fireproofing collars on ceiling.

Rehau RAUPIANO PLUS bend is made of polypropylene and is equipped with rubber gasket.

Diameter of the bend is 110 mm. It is used to change the direction of the pipeline at 87,5°.

The bend is resistant to ultraviolet light and aggressive environments. It is durable and long-term. It is painted in sanitary white colour.
