Pipes of REHAU RAUPIANO PLUS sound-absorbing system

Pipes of REHAU RAUPIANO PLUS system consists of three layers, and it increases stiffness of the pipes. The inner layer is made of polypropylene, it is different optimal hydraulic characteristics, so that deposits and incrustations do not accumulate and effluents pervade through the pipe unhampered. The middle layer is made of polypropylene reinforced with mineral additives, and it has high strength. The external layer is characterized by high impact resistance, it is made of polypropylene.

The advantages of RAUPIANO Plus pipes:

  • High stiffness of the pipes (ring stiffness 4 kN/m2 in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9969);
  • High toughness including at low temperatures;
  • Increased UV-resistance;
  • Abrasion-resistant and smooth inner layer;
  • Highly rigid middle layer made of mineral-reinforced PP;
  • Pipes can be cutted by means of a pipe cutter or a hacksaw;
  • You can store the RAUPIANO Plus pipes outdoors up to 2 years;
  • The pipes do not emit harmful substances.

RAUPIANO Plus pipes are characterized by their length and diameter, which ranges from 40 to 200 mm.
