HL electric anti-flood valves

Anti-flood valves of Hutterer and Lechner with electronically controlled flap can operate in fully automatic mode. These device do not create any obstacles for effluents because its flap is in open position in normal state, unlike mechanical analogs. It reduces likelihood accumulation of deposits and incrustations because of which flap can cease to tightly close, if there is backflow of effluents.

All HL anti-flood valves with electronically controlled flap are produced complete sets which include:

Body dual-chamber valve;
Electronic control unit which has control options and alarm system;
Flap cartridge motor driven with sensor
Connecting cables 5m.

Also the valves are equipped with special cleaning eye for maintenance of valves and for cleaning blockages.

HL anti-flood valve with electronically controlled flap is installed on the main pipeline and the electronic control unit should be mounted on wall close to the valve. Electronic control unit is connected to grounded receptacle. Also electronic control unit has a three-position switch for closing the flap if necessary.

The operating principle of the electric valve is simple: when reverse current of wastewater occurs and pipeline is filled with more than 70 percent, the electronic control unit set the light and color signals about the possibility of flooding. Then the flap closes automatically.

HL anti-flood valve with electronically controlled flap works from internal battery if the power supply is turned off. When power is restored, the battery is automatically shut down and then it switches to charging mode.

All HL anti-flood valve with electronically controlled flap are delivered completely ready for installation and operation, and they do not need adjustment.
