FASERFIX SUPER - drainage system are designed for extreme loads and high dynamic forces. The FASERFIX SUPER channels are made of fibre-reinforced concrete. The angle housing of the channel is made of galvanized steel, and it is highly resistant to corrosion. The gratings up to Class F900 are certified to DIN EN 1433. All channels are equipped with boltless locking system SIDE-LOCK, and you can fix the grating with 8 bolts per meter if necessary. There is safety joint for easy sealing.
FASERFIX SUPER KS - drainage system for commercial and public areas. The channels are made of fibre-reinforced concrete that makes them as durable. Channels weight is reduced in comparison with other systems which are used in commercial and public areas. The gratings are fastened to the channels with boltless locking system SIDE-LOCK. The channel can be equipped with galvanized or stainless steel angle housing - it increases resistance to corrosion. Also the drainage system is characterized by flame retardant, resistance against frost, de-icing salt. The important advantage of the system is attractive appearance.
FASERFIX BIG - it is drainage channels with concrete runners for maximum stability under heavy loads. They have corrosion protected angle housings made of galvanized steel. Depth of galvanized angle housing is 40 mm. Gratings up to Class F900. The gratings are fastened with boltless locking system SIDE-LOCK, there is the possibility of an additional fixing with bolts (shall be used 8-fold bolts per meter). There is safety joint for easy sealing. Channels are characterized by flame retardant and resistant to all weather conditions. The channels length can reach to 4 m.
RECYFIX PLUS X - drainage system is designed for areas with higher traffic flows. The channels are made of PP, i.e. they are light but unbreakable. Gratings up to Class D400. The nominal widths of channels can be range from 100 mm to 300 mm. Also the channels have corrosion-resistant galvanized steel angle housings. The channels are distinguished by superior resistance against frost and de-icing salts.
RECYFIX NC - drainage channels are made of PP. The drainage system is designed for civil engineering, load capacity up to E600. The connection is performed with bolts. The channels are characterized by highest resistance to frost and de-icing salts, and they easy to install. The channels is light but unbreakable. Channels are easy to transport and store. The gratings are made of cast iron.
RECYFIX SUPER - drainage system are characterized by light and unbreakable, it is designed for installation in public areas and industrial zones. The channels are made of polyethylene, they are easy to use and install. Galvanized angle housings of channels increase their resistance to corrosion. Also the channels are resistant to frost and de-icing salts. Load capacity from C250 to F900.
RECYFIX HICAP F - system of drainage channels which has ultra-high capacity. The channels are characterized by lack separate gratings, ease of installation, high capacity. Installation of the drinage system does not require the additional installation of underground pipes. Channel body is made of high density polyethylene and top inlet is made of cast iron. Polyethylene, which is used for manufacturing of the channels, is by 29 times higher tensile strength and 9 times higher compressive strength as polymer concrete. The channel can be used not only for the drainage but also for the retention, i.e. it can be used as a sewer system. The use of the drainage system can reduce trash boxes and pipe connections required. Toy can connect pipes to the channels. Load capacity up to F900. Capacity is 4 l/s per meter.
RECYFIX HICAP G - drainage system is designed for the highest load category. The system has high capacity which is 4 l/s per linear meter, so that channel can removal of water from the surface even in very heavy rains. The system is fully consistent with the previous system RECYFIX HICAP F, but it can be installed in cobbled surfaces, tiles and asphalt.
FASERFIX POINT - durable point drainage is designed for commercial and public areas. The channel's body is made of fibre-reinforced concrete. The system is tested according to DIN EN 124. The point drainage is protected by a galvanised steel angle housing all round. The gratings are fastened with boltless locking system SIDE-LOCK. There is a special sludge trap for garbage collection which can be made of polyethylene or galvanized steel. The system includes special elements for changing the height of the storm-water inlets. The storm-water inlets can be used as a trash box and as a strainer - in that case, the outlet openings in the lower part will be closed off and an additional outlet opening inserted in the middle part of the upper part. Cells of the grating are narrow, so point drainage is completely safe for pedestrians and they retain the debris.
RECYFIX MONOTEC - drainage system is intended for heavily frequented traffic areas. The system has a minimum weight and high strength, also it is very quick to install and easy to transport. The channels are made of specially resistant modified polypropylene, and it is resistant to frost, UV rays and reagents. The channels are vandal-proof. Working surface is hydraulically optimized of FIBRETEC style. The grating has high capacity despite the narrow cells.
