Geberit Mepla multilayer pipes

Geberit Mepla multilayer pipes are used for installing water supply and heating systems, also they can be used in industry. Mepla pipes are highly resistant to diffusion. The inner and outer layers made of high-density polyethylene (PE-HD).

Thermal conductivity of the pipes is 0.43 W/(m·K) and thermal expansion is 0.026 mm/(m·K). Surface roughness of the pipes 7 μm.

Maximum operating temperature of the pipes is +70 °C. If the pipes are used in heating system, operating temperature must not exceed +80 °C. The pipes can be stored at temperatures from -20 to +50  C. Geberit Mepla multilayer pipes are supplied in rolls and sections. Also the Geberit Company produces MeplaFlex pipes in protective tube.

The pipes are painted in black color, they are characterized by nominal inside diameter that varies from 16 to 75 mm.

This group of products includes MeplaTherm pipes with outer layer made of white polyethylene. MeplaTherm pipes are not intended for mounting drinking water systems. Operating temperature of MeplaTherm pipes is 0 - +70 °C. They are supplied in rolls and sections, and they can have protection tube greenish-blue color.
