The repair roof drain with a crimping flange VMR of the Fachmann brand is designed for the installation and repair of flat roofs with an internal drain with bell-shaped or non-bell-shaped pipes made of various materials (steel, cast iron, plastic). They are used in the repair of previously installed funnels that cannot be removed. The product package includes a repair transition, which allows hermetically connecting pipes with a diameter from 90 mm to 115 mm to the nozzle, which have residual contamination. The product can be used with any composition of roofing cake. The service life is at least 50 years.

Equipment

The Fachmann VMR repair roof drain consists of the following elements art 01.029:

Housing with a vertical outlet of 450 mm with a diameter of 110 mm. The receiving part has a diameter of 356 mm.
The clamping flange is made of corrosion-resistant alloy, the clamping area is 45 mm.
Elastic rubber junction repair (cuff) of a special configuration.
A leaf catcher to prevent contamination from entering the drain.
6 wing nuts for mounting the flange and fixing the waterproofing material.

Main features

The material of the case and leaf catcher is a durable frost–resistant polymer resistant to aggressive environments, loads, ultraviolet light, high temperatures (air up to + 90 ° C and waste water up to 85 ° C).
The flange material is aluminum alloy.
The operating temperature range is from – 50 °C to +90 °C, the service life is over 50 years.
The throughput capacity is 480 l/m.

During installation, the Fachmann VMR repair roof drain must be rigidly fixed to the supporting base. There are special holes on the skirt for this purpose. Membrane or polymer bitumen waterproofing is fused (glued) onto the housing and fixed with a clamping flange and wing nuts.
