Application purpose:

• For metal and plastic pipes
• For use as a compensating support providing large piping movements

Characteristics:

• Freely selectable travel line lengths by selecting the appropriate profile length
• When using a unit of two sliding supports with a low structural height of only 50 mm (with a profile of 38x40), large compensations are provided for the displacement of the pipes in the axial and radial directions (angular solution)
• Wear-resistant sliding bearing that can withstand high loads, made of fiberglass-reinforced ultramide
• Material: Fiberglass reinforced ultramide

Installation:

• Used during installation for horizontal and vertical light pipelines
• Used during installation as a sliding mount
• Suitable for installation and fastening of pipelines with thermal linear expansion
• Sliding cross mount for axial and radial movement lines in combination with other sliding supports
• Used for installation with pipe clamps, studs, profile and connecting elements
• When mounting, make sure that the stud is completely screwed into the shoe
• When mounting with a clamp, the stud should protrude no more than 70 mm (for M8) and no more than 100 mm (for M10)
• The tightening torque of the lock nut for the M10 stud is 18 Nm
