Pipes of Wavin Future K1 system

Pipes of Wavin Future K1 system are painted white and they are made of three layers: the outer layer made of PE (polyethylene), the inner layer made of PE-Xc (cross-linked polyethylene), and the middle layer made of aluminum foil. All layers are interconnected by adhesive, so that the pipe can called five-layered. Foil is welded using a laser - this solution is provided by strength of the pipe, the pipe has oxygen barrier and minimum thermal expansion.

Wavin Future K1 pipes can be operate for a long time at +70 °C, and temperature can increase up to + 110 °C for a short time. Wavin Future K1 pipes and fittings can be used for laying of the central or underfloor heating systems.

Pipes are characterized by their ability to bend - you do not require the use of special tools. The pipes retain high mechanical strength after bending.
