Wavin Multilayer pipes made of PVC

Wavin Multilayer pipes are made of PVC-U, and they are characterized by high resistance to acids and alkalis. Also Wavin Multilayer pipes are resistant to hydroabrasive wear, so permissible flow rate of effluents is 8 m/s.

The pipes are designed for mounting of outdoor sewerage system which is used to drain waste water with temperatures up to +60 °C. Temperature of waste water can rise up to +100 °C during short time period.

Wavin Multilayer pipes have socket and sealing ring which is made of rubber. Connection of the pipes and fittings is completely sealed, since the sealing rings are placed in a groove, so they can not be squeezed out during installation or operation the pipes and fittings.

There are 2 types of Wavin Multilayer pipes:

  • The pipes N class - they are intended for laying under ground at a depth of 0.8-6 m;
  • The pipes S class - they have thicker walls and they are intended for laying under ground at a depth less than 0.8 m and more than 6 m.
