VALTEC brackets for mounting of manifolds

Brackets are designed for fastening VALTEC feed and return manifolds to the bearing structure.

VALTEC brackets for mounting pair of manifolds consist of a installation plate, which is fitted with two nickel plated steel clamps - plastic sleeves are inserted in them, and they not only protect the manifolds from mechanical damage, but also provide heat and vibration protection.

The group of products includes single brackets which are used when the manifolds need to be fixed at non-standard distance between their axes (more or less than 200 mm), and when only one manifold needs to be installed.

Purpose of application:

  • For fixing VALTEC manifolds and manifold blocks to a bearing surface
  • For VTc.505.SS, VTc.510.SS and VTc.570.N series manifolds
  • For manifold blocks series VTc.582.EMNX and VTc.584.EMNX

Characteristics:

  • fastening is carried out by the neck of the threaded pipe;
  • universal;
  • sliding.

The bracket consists of a collapsible mounting plate and two nickel-plated steel clamps. Clamps are attached to the bar with screws.

With the help of universal brackets, it is possible to provide a spacing of collectors in depth by 32 mm, as well as in height at a distance of 165 to 225 mm (between the axes).

Purpose of application:

  • For attaching flow and return manifolds to load-bearing surfaces

Characteristics:

  • Fastening is carried out by the necks of the threaded pipes;
  • It is a mounting bar with two nickel-plated steel clamps attached to it;
  • The clamps have plastic cuffs - they provide heat and vibration protection, and also protect the collectors from mechanical damage;
  • The spacing of the collectors is carried out in height by 200 mm and in depth - by 32 mm;
  • Fastening is carried out using self-tapping screws or screws.
