Bend brackets for REHAU RAUTITAN pipes

REHAU RAUTITAN bend brackets increase stability of pipeline, reduce amount of supporting pillars and reduce thermal expansion of non-reinforced pipes.

REHAU RAUTITAN bend brackets allow to give desired shape of pipes in bends areas without destroying their integrity. The bend brackets have rotation angle of 45° or 90°, they suitable for pipes with diameters from 16 mm to 32 mm. They are bent galvanized lodgment with locking spring rings. The bend brackets are used in hot water supply and heating systems.

When installing you must first create desired angle, put in a bend bracket pipe and tightly fix its position with spring rings. The minimum permissible bending radius of a pipe for water supply is 3 outer diameters, for heating - 5 outer diameters when using the bend brackets. The bend radius is measured from the pipe axis.

The bend brackets resistant to aggressive environments, temperature changes, corrosion and they have high impact resistance. They can be used both when open pipe laying and when pipe laying through walls.
