KAN-therm ultraPRESS press system

KAN-therm ultraPRESS is a system of multilayer pipes and fittings with a press connection with a diameter range from 16 to 32 mm, which can be used in the installation of pipelines for the supply of water, heat, compressed air and technical gases.

The “Press” connection technique consists in crimping a steel ring on the pipe with a special tool after connecting it to the fitting nipple. The fitting is equipped with a special sealing gasket, which ensures complete tightness of the connection. Due to the special design, the installation of the fittings is carried out by pressing tongs with the two most popular crimping profiles “U” and “TH”.

The main advantages of the system:

• pipes with an aluminum layer are plastic and retain the shape that they are given during installation;
• resistance to installation errors - the steel press ring of the fitting has a special design, which ensures the most accurate positioning of the press tongs during installation;
• hidden installation is possible;
• installation work is safe;

• no calibration or chamfering of the end of the pipe is required (if it has been cut correctly);
