HL roof drains with vertical outlet

Flat-roof drain HL 62/1 is equipped with insulated drain body, flange with stainless steel clamping ring and domed plastic grate d 180 mm. The flat-roof drain has vertical outlet DN110. The body and domed grate are made of polypropylene. It weighs 1486 grams. Capacity is 10,70 l/s.

Application purpose:

Characteristics:

• there is a PP leaf catcher (diameter 170 mm, height 100 mm);
• release type: vertical;
• it is possible to connect any socket pipe made of PP or PVC to the outlet (to connect a cast iron or steel pipe, use special adapters (from plastic pipes to steel / cast iron));
• for electric heating, a self-regulating electric heating cable is used (power 10-30 W / 220 V) - a waterproofing sleeve or junction box is used to connect it;
• the length of the electric heating cable is 0.8 m;
• heat dissipation: 22 W/m;
• maximum current consumption: 0.16 A;
• maximum cable temperature: +65°С;
• funnel can be operated at temperatures from -50°С to +100°С;

Mounting tips:

• the body is rigidly attached to the supporting structure;
• the vapor barrier is pressed against the compression flange with washers and nuts;
