Chemkor LayFlat pressure hoses are painted gray and have a blue guide strip. They are made of PVC, additionally reinforced with synthetic threads.

Purpose: transportation of water, as well as other liquids, to which the hose material is chemically resistant, with temperatures up to +75 °C.

The working pressure of the hoses varies from 0.4 to 0.6 MPa, diameters - from 78 to 155 mm.

The connection is made using couplings.

Characteristics:

  • Operating temperature: from freezing point to +75°C (briefly to +95°C);
  • Connection: using couplings;
  • High resistance to aggressive media (from pH-2 to pH-12);
  • The ignition temperature is +482 °C - does not melt, the material is almost non-toxic, does not form burning droplets, practically does not emit smoke;
  • It belongs to the combustibility class G2 (GOST 30244-94);
  • Warranty period: 2 years from the date of manufacture (if the rules of transportation and storage are followed).

Color: gray (there is a blue guide strip).

Material of manufacture: PVC, reinforced with synthetic threads.
