Fachmann drains for indoor use

The Fachmann T520.0 SDsP drain is a sanitary equipment for installation in heated rooms of residential and industrial buildings. It is used when draining drains into the sewer system from the floor surface.

Equipment

The product is completed:

• extension element from PP;
• dry shutter made of ABS plastic;
• stainless steel grating;
• rotary release;
• round plug cover;
• polypropylene stretcher.

The body is made of polypropylene.

Design features

The dry flap of the Fachmann T520.0 SDsP 122x122 mm drain is made in the form of a float hydraulic lock. This type of product is suitable for places where water is drained into the sewer infrequently. After the liquid dries out, the shutter tightly closes the outlet and prevents the penetration of unpleasant odors inside.

Thanks to the horizontal hinged release of the rotary type, the angle of release can be changed up to 13° on various planes while maintaining tightness.

The height range of the Fahmann T520.0 SDsP drain mounting element is from 12 to 70 mm. Trimming is performed according to the height of the screed, if a large height is needed, an extension cable is used. When installing the product in a waterproofing gap on top of the superimposed element, the rubber O-ring is not placed, which allows you to remove the entire volume of liquid into the sewer. In order to avoid reducing the throughput, it is not allowed to trim the housing.

The declared period of operation of the ramp is at least 50 years. It is not allowed to use at a temperature different from that specified in the technical data sheet.
