Wavin Ekoplastik PPRC pipes

Wavin Ekoplastik PPRC pipes enjoy huge popularity in the world and they are divided into several types:

  • S 5 (PN 10) - these pipes are used for installing floor heating system and cold water supply, they are made of plastic;
  • S 3,2 (PN 16) - plastic pipes are intended for hot and cold water supply and floor heating system;
  • S 2,5 (PN 20) - plastic pipes are used for installing central heating system and hot water supply;
  • Stabi - multilayer pipes are used for hot water supply and central heating system. Three-layer pipes with an aluminum foil have an oxygen barrier made of a new generation of polypropylene PP-RCT;
  • STABI PLUS - it is three-layer pipes. The inner layer is made of polypropylene Type 4 (PP - RCT). The middle layer is an aluminum foil, and it prevents leakage of oxygen. Outer layer is made of polypropylene (PPR). This type of pipes has increased service life - it is at least 50 years;
  • Fiber Basalt Plus - multilayer pipes are intended for water supply and heating system. Three-layer pipes have basalt fiber. They are suitable for hot water and heating. When installing they do not require stripping before welding. The linear expansion of the pipes is 3 times less than that of the PPR pipes;

Variety of Wavin Ekoplastik PPRC pipes allows to use their in various objects.

Wavin Ekoplastik PPRC pipes are characterized by high ecological safety. Termal conductivity of the pipes is 0.22 W/m°C. Class of fire safety C3.

Thermal expansion of Ekoplastik Stabi pipes is 0.05 mm/m°C and thermal expansion of Ekoplastik PPR pipes is 0.12 mm/m°C. More information about linear change you can see here.
