Viking Johnson MaxiDaptor flange adapters are made of high quality ductile iron.

They are used for mounting pipes of various materials (steel, malleable and gray cast iron, asbestos cement, fiberglass, PVC and some others) and flanges of stop valves, meters and other equipment.

Product advantages:

  • Extremely flexible - all cast flanges have multiple holes, including BS EN 1092-1, ISO 7005 1: 1992, (PN10 / 16), BS10: 1962 (Table ADE), ANSI / AWWA.
  • High sealing properties - flange adapters are equipped with a special sealing sleeve, which provides a large contact area.
  • Tolerance for angular displacement - fittings allow pipes to be deflected at an angle of 3°, which makes it possible to displace pipes when subsiding.
  • The permissible pressure in the connection is equal to or greater than the design pressure of the pipes.
  • Flange adapters can be used for installation of pipelines for neutral liquids with temperatures up to + 50 °С.
  • Conform to GOTS 12815-80.

  • Pipe is inserted into a loosely assembled flange, while providing a gap between the flange plane and the pipe end of about 20 mm (chamfering is not required)
