VALTEC Balancing valves are designed for hydraulic integration of different branches (stand-pipes) of water based heating systems. Also, balancing valves can be used in water pipelines - they limit consumption by groups of users (devices) and balance recirculation pipelines of hot water supply.

Nominal valve pressure is 16 bar, automatic flow rate stabilizer - 25 bar.

Maximum fluid temperature +120 °C.

  • For use with balancing valve VT.054

Characteristics:

  • Thread for connection with a ball valve: 1/4";
  • The thread corresponds to GOST 6357-81;
  • Throughput 3.1 m3/hour;
  • The average service life is 30 years.

Using the balancing valve (series VT.054), it is necessary to set the value of the linkage differential pressure, after which the regulator will be able to maintain the calculated differential pressure in the serviced circuit. If a balancing valve is not used, then the impulse tube is connected to a ball valve (VT.245 series with drain and air vent (pipe thread 1/4")).
