Sikaflex Precast Fachmann sealant is a ready—to-use one-component compound with good elasticity and high adhesion to concrete surfaces. It is used when it is necessary to seal the structural/deformation joints of prefabricated elements. The chemical base is polyurethane, cured by moisture contained in the atmosphere. It has no pronounced odor. It is sold in packages with a volume of 600 ml. Available in colors: concrete gray, white, beige. Sikaflex Precast Fachmann sealant is characterized by resistance to the influence of atmospheric factors and ultra-low particle emission. It is capable of withstanding joint mobility of up to 25% and triple stretching until the moment of rupture. It is easily applied to the surface, has sufficient density and does not drain from the ceiling. Prior to applying the Sikaflex Precast Fachmann polyurethane sealant to brick, foam concrete/concrete, cement-based plaster, they must be pre-primed. After solidification, it is not prone to foaming.
