Pipes of high-strength cast iron with spherical graphite (HCG)

Pipes made of high-strength cast iron with spherical graphite (HCG) are excellent for water supply and sewerage systems.

Main advantages:

  • durability – in water supply networks they last up to 100 years without any accidents;
  • easy installation;
  • corrosion resistance;
  • mechanical strength;
  • low accident rate;
  • environmental safety.

The pipes are produced in lengths of 5.8 and 6 meters under the sealing rubber ring.

They are coated with metallic zinc on the outside, and have a cement-sand coating on the inside.

Connection type:

  • socket connection for Tyton O-ring for pipelines with diameters up to 1000 mm and working pressure up to 10.0 Mpa;
  • socket connection for Tyton-Sit O-rings, reinforced with steel spring segments;
  • socket-lock connection "RJ" for laying pipelines in difficult terrain (for diameters up to 500 mm and operating pressure up to 6.4 Mpa);
  • "RJS" socket-lock connection for an O-ring for laying pipelines in unstable soils, as well as earthquake-prone, mountainous and swampy areas (for diameters from 600 to 1000 mm).
