Disassembly inserts of high-strength cast iron

Disassembly inserts are designed to reduce excessive load on the connecting flanges, they also simplify installation work and allow you to dismantle the equipment if it is necessary to replace it or carry out scheduled maintenance work.

Housing and retaining flange of the disassembly insert are made of high-strength cast iron. There is an epoxy powder coating with a thickness of at least 250 microns. The stud and nut are made of galvanized steel. The disassembly insert is also equipped with an EPDM seal.

Nominal pressure: 10/16 bar.

The diameter range varies from 50 to 600 mm.
