Purpose of application:

• To maintain a dynamic differential pressure
• For two-pipe cooling and heating systems with variable flow
• For use with balancing valve VT.054

Characteristics:

• Size of measuring nozzles: 1/4";
• The size of a branch pipe under connection of an impulse tube: 1/8";
• Thread for connection with a ball valve: 1/4";
• The thread corresponds to GOST 6357-81;
• Adjustable;
• The average service life is 30 years.

Using the balancing valve (series VT.054), it is necessary to set the value of the linkage differential pressure, after which the regulator will be able to maintain the calculated differential pressure in the serviced circuit. If a balancing valve is not used, then the impulse tube is connected to a ball valve (VT.245 series with drain and air vent (1/4” pipe thread)..

Usage example

Working pressure: 1.6 MPa.

Working temperature of the environment: from -20 to +120 °C.
