Fondital

Fondital appeared on the Russian market in 1992 – first as a supplier of high-quality heating equipment from Italy, and later a full-fledged production site appeared in the Lipetsk region. In 2018, the plant was put into operation, and at the moment, several models of aluminum and bimetallic radiators and a line of traditional boilers with a capacity of up to 40 kW are produced at its facilities.

The production complies with all Russian and European standards, due to which the finished products are of the highest quality and reliability.

To ensure the environmental friendliness of production and safety, the plant has implemented all the necessary quality control and cleaning systems.

Fondital radiators

Fondital aluminum and bimetallic radiators go through 6 stages of production:

• Stage 0 - manufacturing of a steel core (only in the production of bimetallic radiators).
• Stage 1 - stamping of the radiator using the injection molding method.
• Stage 2 - processing of the radiator, grinding and assembly into a battery.
• Stage 3 – preliminary treatment, including cleaning, chemical etching, fluorination, etc., of the radiator in pressure wash tanks.
• Stage 4 – painting using the anaphoresis method.
• Stage 5 – application of powder enamel and drying.
• Stage 6 – anti-corrosion treatment (only Aleternum models).

Thanks to the two-stage painting, the radiators are distinguished by their high brightness, invulnerability to external influences and excellent finishing of each detail.
