PAM-GLOBAL bends

PAM-GLOBAL bends are designed for installation of drainage systems and allow changing the direction of the pipeline. PAM-GLOBAL bends belong to the fire safety class A1.

The main advantages of PAM-GLOBAL bends:

Besides standard bends, the manufacturer produces bend with 250 mm calming section and bends with with elongated side. Some PAM-GLOBAL bends can be cut to a certain length (the maximum length of the cut is indicated in the article data).

Bend PAM-GLOBAL® S 88˚ (two joint bends 44˚)
Details

According to DIN 1986, part 1, section 6.1.2, the changes of the direction of main pipelines and sewers may be fulfilled only with using prefabricated pipe bend, and each individual bend can have a maximum angle of 45˚. In some cases, for these purposes can be used two pipe bends 45˚. Due to the double knee one connecting element is saved and the installation becomes easier. In addition, this fitting provides a good opportunity to place the fastening element in its middle. The bend is also intended for use as a transition from the riser to a horizontal pipe, and vice versa.

The bend is used for the transition from the risers to the decelerated areas of the system. According to DIN 1986, Part 1 in respect of risers, which run from 4 to 8 stories or have length from 10 to 22 m, special stowage arrangements are necessary. Transitions in horizontal pipelines, as well as the bend on the sides of the supply and runoff during the joint laying, must be separated by inserting of length of 250 mm.
