Rehau and Wavin are well-known brands that produce plastic piping systems. Plastic pipes for plumbing systems are the best solution in terms of economy. Recently, more and more often metal pipes are replaced with plastic ones due to their high performance. In addition, polypropylene pipes keep the chemical composition of water unchanged.

Also included in the product group are Geberit pipes intended for the installation of plumbing systems. They are made from stainless steel. Fire safety class A1 according to DIN 4102-1. Mounted by pressing.

Stainless steel and carbon steel IBP pipes can also be used for plumbing installations. Carbon steel pipes are suitable for supplying cold (non-drinking) and hot water.

Pipe STABI PLUS is three-layer pipe:

  • Inner layer made of Type 4 polypropylene (PP-RCT) and has wall thickness as the pipe S 3,2 and S 4;
  • Middle layer of aluminum;
  • Outer layer made of polypropylene.

During the production the inner pipe is associated with the aluminum layer and then it is covered with an outer layer of polypropylene. Thanks to the non-perforated aluminum layer the STABI PLUS pipes have an 100% oxygen barrier. Thin polypropylene layer protects the aluminum layer against mechanical damage.

The main advantages of STABI PLUS pipes:

  • Increased stiffness;
  • Linear expansion is 3 times lower than that of conventional polypropylene pipes;
