Wavin Future K1 multilayer pipe system is made of durable and chemically-resistant material, it can be used for transportation industrial water or liquid food products.
|1. Cut the pipe to the required length.|
|2. Calibrate the pipe with a manual or electric tool (rotation speed - not more than 500 rev/min). This must be done for removal the chamfer and giving of the pipe ends a round shape - this will minimize the chance of damaging the O-rings during installation and allow to insert of the pipe into the Wavin fitting easy.|
|3. Push the pipe into the fitting until it is visible in the window.|
|4. Press the fitting through a manual or electric tool.|
During installation of the pipeline system you should use only those tools that meet the requirements of Wavin. The pressing process must be executed only once per connection - there should not be repeated operations because this leads to damage of the joint.
Also you should remember that the Wavin Future K1 pipes and fittings do not require the use of lubricants or additional sealing rings during installation.
