Welding of plastic pipes

One of the methods of connection plastic pipes is butt welding. For the butt welding special tools should be used.

For butt welding of plastic pipes, Geberit Media and Universal welding machines are suitable. These welding machines can be used for welding pipes with diameters from 50 to 315 mm, they are suitable for pipes from HDPE and PE.

Welding machines are used in conjunction with the KSS welding plates. Welding plates have teflon coating, and they are equipped with thermostat. They are connected to mains voltage of 230 V. Depending on the type, welding plates are used for welding pipes with diameters up to 315 mm.

Wavin welding machines are designed for welding Ecoplastik and QuickStream pipes. Some models are equipped with a microprocessor temperature controller.

Also the group of products includes various spare parts. For example, boxes for the transfer of welding machines, tension devices for welding machines, replacement knives for electric planes, pair and non-paired adapters for Wavin welding machines.

Description:

Rugged and durable pipe scraper allows to prepare the Geberit pipe to electrofusion welding. Electrofusion welding can be used, for example, when installing of the pipeline system Geberit HDPE.

Geberit HDPE pipes are made of high-strength polyethylene which is reinforced with mineral additives. The pipes are resistant to chemicals, high temperatures and they are environmentally friendly.
