Application purpose:

  • To reduce the likelihood of flooding basements and semi-basements where there is a risk of reverse current

Characteristics:

  • works in automatic mode;
  • working environment: drains (both non-faecal and faecal) with temperature from 0 to +40°C;
  • working pressure is 0-5 meters of water column;
  • the shutter consists of two chambers, and each has a shutter and an inspection hatch;
  • the first damper located in the direction of movement of the drains is equipped with an electric drive (opening time does not exceed 11 seconds);
  • the damper in the second chamber can be fixed in the closed position manually;
  • there is a backup power supply (working time: up to 168 hours);
  • shutter operation is controlled by an electronic control unit;
  • data on the state of the shutter can be transferred to the dispatching console (there are "dry" contacts for this, switching current 220V / 0.5A);
  • release type: smooth horizontal;
  • mounted with socket pipes made of PP and PVC;
  • power supply: 230V (+10%/-15%), 0.5A, 50Hz;
  • cable length is 6 m.

Attention! The sewer closure must be installed in a non-explosive environment. Also, it cannot be installed in sewer shafts on the street.

Application purposes:

  • For Wavin drainage chambers

Corrugated shaft pipe is used for the installation of Wavin Tegra 600 inspection chambers. The shaft pipe is connected to the base and cone with the help of O-rings. Diameter of the connected pipes must not exceed 160 mm. You can see the appearance of pipe and its dimensions in the photo and draft.

The main advantages of Wavin drainage chambers:

  • Do not require additional anchoring or strengthening procedures;
  • Resistant to loads;
  • Design is adapted to the Russian climate;
  • Suitable for different types of soil.

Material: polypropylene (PP).

Color: orange.

Permissible installation depth: 6 m.
