When the pipes using in the water supply operating pressure of pipeline should be 10 bar and the temperature should not exceed + 70 °C. When the pipes using in the heating system operated temperature can be up to + 95 °C and operating pressure should be 8 bar. The pipes can withstand temperature increase up to + 110 °C for short time. Thermal conductivity is 0.35 W/(m×K).

The pipe is supplied in rolls of 50 m, size is 25x3,5 mm.

Universal pipes Rehau RAUTITAN flex can be used for:

• Underfl oor heating/cooling;
• Radiator connection from the wall and the floor;
• Drinking water installation.

The RAUTITAN flex pipes can bend, so that they are easy to install even on difficult sites, also they keep shape, i.e. not deformed. They are made of crosslinked polyethylene in accordance with DIN 16892 and DVGW specifications W 544. Also the pipes are equipped with oxygen diff usion barrier in accordance with DIN 4726.

The pipes are characterized by high impact resistance, maximum working pressure is 10 bar and maximum operating temperature must not exceed +90 °C. The pipes are installed with using compression sleeves which provide safe and sealed connection.

Rehau RAUTITAN flex pipe is used in heating and plumbing systems, it can be use in drinking water supply system. The main feature of the RAUTITAN flex pipes is the presence of a special oxygen barrier layer, so that the pipe do not have smell and do not emit harmful substances.

The RAUTITAN flex pipes can serve a long time. In the water supply systems they serve 50 years guaranteed if operating pressure is lower than 10 bar and the fluid temperature does not rise above + 70 °C. The heating systems the pipes can serve at least 30 years if the operating pressure does not exceed 8 bar and the temperature does not rise above + 95 °C.

The RAUTITAN flex pipes are painted in silver colour.

Rehau RAUTITAN flex pipe is designed for installation of heating and water supply systems. In heating systems the pipe can be operated at temperatures up to +95 °C and operating pressure of 8 bar. For water supply systems maximum operating temperature is +70 °C and operating pressure is 10 bar. The pipes can withstand temperature up to +110 °C in emergency service.

The RAUTITAN flex pipes are characterized by high impact resistance including at low temperatures, approximate value of thermal expansion is 0.15 mm/(m·K). The thermal conductivity is 0.35 W/(m×K).

The RAUTITAN flex pipes can bend and they do not deform. Installation is simple and reliable, they are mounted with standard installation tools by REHAU company and compression sleeves. Polyethylene, which is used for manufacturing of pipes Rehau RAUTITAN flex, is characterized by high sound absorption properties. The pipes do not emit harmful substances, they are resistant to corrosion and deposits.

The pipe is protected against condensation and mechanical damage.

Universal pipe Rehau RAUTITAN stabil is intended for plumbing and heating systems, it has eccentric extruded insulation made of polyethylene foam which is equipped with a waterproof polyethylene membrane. The insulation is not deformed, it is resistant to aging. Also insulation protects against heat emission and condensation, it prevents the sound to spread throughout the building structure. Thermal conductivity of pipe in the insulation is 0.040 W/(m×K). Insulation is painted in silver color.

Size is 16,2x2,6 mm, insulation thickness is 9 mm. The pipe is supplied in rolls of 25 m.
