Sale of residential property in France from January 1, 2011 is possible only if the state of its sewer system is presented. In case of discrepancies sewer statutory requirements the seller or the buyer is obliged to correct the deficiencies. Currently, all municipalities prescribed compile reports on the state of the sewerage system of real estate, situated in their territory. This document is the seventh obligatory report on the mandatory condition of the property for its sale.
