Only pipes PAM-GLOBAL® are manufactured by the method of centrifugal casting de Lavaux. One of the decisive advantages of the method de Lavaux is that after casting the pipes are maintained at a temperature of 950º C, i.e. there is a slow and uniform cooling. This thermal treatment leads to the formation of graphite rosette shape and thus to the improvement of the mechanical properties of cast-iron: including the reduction of internal stresses, the increasing of breaking stress. Moreover, with subsequent thermal treatment of pipes soft Brinell hardness number of about 210 is associated, so you can easily handle the pipe PAM-GLOBAL®: they are easily cut, including non-electric cutter for cast-iron pipes.
The internal surfaces of pipes PAM-GLOBAL® are optimally protected against chemical and mechanical effects, due to the use of new advanced and environmentally friendly method of covering based on modified epoxy resin (130 m). In addition, the perfectly smooth surface improves the aero-hydrodynamic performance and prevents the formation of sediment or layers that contribute to a narrowing of the diameter of the pipe.
Operation of sewerage systems PAM-GLOBAL® provides a significant economic effect: no additional measures for fire and noise protection needed, increases life of the system, greatly increases turnaround time, operational costs are minimized.
