Thermostatic valves Pradex

Pradex thermostatic radiator valves are used to regulate heat transfer from a heater. Another function of the thermostatic valve: it reduces the energy consumption that is required to heat the coolant.

There are several types of thermostatic valves available:

• straight lines with presetting;
• angular with presetting;
• straight lines with increased capacity;
• axial.

The thermostatic valve itself consists of a valve and a thermostatic head. A sensitive element is located in the liquid cavity. In the event of heating, this area expands, due to which the sensing element is pushed forward and begins to exert pressure on the stem. As a result, it goes up or goes down - the overlap indicator depends on this: when the rod moves down, the coolant flow is blocked.

Pradex thermostatic valves are equipped with a half-clamp with a union nut, making them easy to install.
